We met at Grace House and visited with Mom for a bit. There were a few glimmers of recognition.
We took Dad to Springhill for catfish, which he REALLY enjoyed.
What a blessing these two are! They have so many fabulous stories to tell, and they love Mom and Dad so much.
They're off to a park near Brenham for a week, and then they'll be in North Carolina.
Pat comes back on April 20, so Sue is anxious to get to him in Oklahoma as soon as possible. Charles had some pictures of his shrapnel wounds. They looked pretty traumatic. Everyone is grateful that he is finally coming home for good.
